Strategic Relationship Building
- Establish and strengthen professional relationships with clients and partners to foster trust and collaboration.
- Arrange strategic personal or group outreach initiatives to develop and sustain relationships that are beneficial for the business.
- Plan and execute networking events, workshops, or client appreciation gatherings that create opportunities for meaningful interactions and reinforce strong partnerships.
Client Care and Gift Coordination
- Organize and coordinate thoughtful gestures, such as personalized gifts, to show appreciation and reinforce positive client relationships.
- Manage efforts to nurture client loyalty and build a strong foundation of trust and engagement.
Feedback and Performance Evaluations
- Collect and analyze client feedback through surveys, discussions, or other methods for internal evaluation purposes.
- Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with client expectations and identify areas for improvement.
New Client Pitches
- Manage the end-to-end process of pitching to new clients, from understanding briefs and gathering insights to compiling high-quality proposals.
- Ensure timely, professional, and compelling submissions that align with client needs and objectives.
Opportunity Management and Inquiry Handling
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via websites, social media platforms, or other communication channels.
- Actively seek and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and success for the agency.
